BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Michigan, July 20, 2023 – TriMas (NASDAQ: TRS) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share of TriMas Corporation stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on August 10, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 3, 2023.
